Man, this game made me realize how much being in a horror movie would genuinely be the worse thing imaginable. Of course thats obvious, but this game totally tears down that degree of separation that a movie has. These are characters I care about, and they will genuinely be traumatized and scarred for the rest of their lives. Such a great game.

It is heartbreaking to see Jess broken down, scared, hurt, confused, tired. From the way her character was set up in the beginning, to see her broken down like that in the end hurts.

I hate how in this ending, Sam leads the police down to their death. If Emily is the sole survivor, she warns them about what's down there instead. So many people hate Emily but she was certainly the smartest character.

Sam's creepy half-unhinged smile while she talks about the mines is still easily one of the eeriest parts of the game, especially how it looks like's she's trying to hold it back at times. They are all terrified in this interview, but her sanity's basically hanging on by a thin, thin thread at this point.
