Plain and simple ldl cholesterol is no longer a marker that should be taken seriously IF you are eating a proper human fatty red meat diet z if your vegan or standard American sure lds can be looked at but it's still more important to look hdl and triglycerides, as well as markers like HS CRP and looking at things like. Diabetes with fasting insulin, and a1c all these new heart markers they have come out with in 10 years time are gonna be long gone like LPa and those, the one thing that is causing the cholesterol to be in the arteries is chronic inappropriate inflammation from long term eating of carbs, and vegetables that turn into sugar, your pancreas can jot tell the difference between any sugars and what it breaks down into sugars such as any carbohydrates and things like tomatoes and apples which are just sugar after consumed into the bod. But, cholesterol is a normal response to the inflammation caused by the crabs and veg eating that ancestrally wr have never eaten unless starving, and animal fat and protein does not raise your ldl cholesterol enough to worry, my ldl with sting I just fatty red meat eggs for 20 years I have a cac of 0 reversed my cad without the bypass ckd without the dialysis Crohn's and Malnutrition all reversed by eating a high fat moderate Protein animal based diet, seed oils are killing ppl stay away from them, and stop worrying about your ldl, if your hdl and triglycerides are normal or you are a lean mass hyper responder, these ignorant Drs are all using studies paid for by the seed oil companies or vegan based whatever, or the big food companies, or they are too ignorant and stubborn to see the amount of ppl feeling their best health on keto or carnivore who felt like sh#t on vegan diet or almost died from vegan diet like I did, retire or look at the proper science and stop ignoring the patients that are like me who went off vegan cuz it was killing them.
