I love the way they scrape the barrels across the street then throw them ontop of other open barrels so all the stones and bits of gravel drop into the bowl below.

I love how they stacked the pots on top of each other when they were just sitting on the ground earlier. Seeing the birds overhead just moments before throwing in the chicken leaves much to the imagination. Dragging the rice filled baskets along the floor and then dumping them into the cook pot along with all that excess water must have added loads of extra flavour as well. I'm convinced they have one of the best immune system in world when I see how they prepare meals.

надо отдать должное -- не ожидал такой чистоты в пакистанской кухне! санитарией это конечно не назовешь, но заметьте, посуда -- чистая! ее мыли не далее как вчера! почти все манипуляции с ингредиентами -- проводятся ложками. в ходе готовки никто не положил ложку на пол или на грязную поверхность. никто не вывалил на пол сырье и не вернул потом в котел. под конец один парень конечно раскидывал специи рукой, но только раз за весь цикл. никто не сел жопой на рубочную колоду, никто не вляпался босой ногой в рис. в какой-то момент босая нога находилась в опасной близости от нарубаемого мяса -- но они элегантно разминулись! специи все в упаковке. одноразовые контейнеры -- чистые.
мое почтение, пакистан, я бы без особой опаски отведал этого бирьяни. это вам не индия.

Еле досмотрела до конца. Я обожаю пакистанскую и индийскую "чистоплотность" и " гигиену"! Вот уж действительно лучшее в мире. А работники так прекрасны в своих потных, засаленных "спецодеждах "! Оооо 👏👏👏!!! Повсюду такая блестящая чистота и порядок, что даже пробовать эту еду страшно! Пусть её едят те, кто готовил. Это справедливо
