* TIP* Hi Bella, a nurse's tip for getting the tea down. Block nose, chug entire thing with a straw (less contact with taste buds), keep nose plugged! Then rinse mouth out and instantly pop a mint or favourite lolly in mouth. Don't unplug your nose until mint/lolly has had chance to work. Best thing I ever learnt. We had 2 failed IVF and finally on 3rd round we had our beautiful baby daughter. Lots of prayers, having faith helped us go through the process. I also had the chinese herb drink twice a day + did Moksa + fertility Acupuncture. Did Moksa + Acupuncture once a week at a Korean Acupuncture clinic for a month before starting egg retrieval, all the way upto the day before Transfer. All these things helped us, I hope you find the strength to go through this process, because God knows it's tough. Goodluck!

I feel you on the Chinese herbal tea! I took a Chinese medicine class in college and my professor kindly helped 4 of us for free. I felt so bad for my roommates because I would have to brew all the herbs in a pot and it stunk up the entire living room 😅. Also it was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life BUT the herbs did wonders for my asthma so praying your tea works for you!! ❤️
