Not since Bobby Eaton’s passing has Cornette shown so much emotion. Much respect to Jim for doing this. You can tell it’s tearing him apart like the rest of us.

I live 15 minutes from where Jay lived & I'm in Maryland. This whole area is devastated. Jay touched a LOT of lives. He was a HUGE part of the community.

Never thought I would hear Jim crying... This is such a tragic story all around. My heart goes out to Mark and everyone else in the family. And the kids... Damn.

Jamin/Jay lived 20 mins away from us in a small town in Laurel and nobody besides us wrestling fans really knew how big the Briscoes really were. Mark and Jamin were known as the good ole country bros and WIDELY loved in the community, absolutely fantastic people and the community is still mourning. Complete shock...Jim has got me laying here in tears. This man would drive by peoples homes and offer to cut their grass for 30$ because he did landscaping on the side in the summer. I promise you this, this man was unforgettable around here. Not one person had a bad word to say about Jamin Pugh aka Jay Briscoe.

I heard that Kahn has taken it upon himself to take care of Briscoe's family. Regardless of how you feel about his wrestling booking, he's a great human being. Rip Briscoe.

You know when you're a good person when your passing gets the same level of emotion out of Jim as Bobby's passing did.

I'm local and knew Jamin personally and for those wanting an update on Gracie & JJ as well as the family I posted a link so you can hear the latest on the girls injuries. Please continue to keep them in your prayers as they have a long road ahead of them. Also Josh will be doing updates per Ashley and the family frequently if interested just give him a follow. Our community is so heartbroken and in shock and most important is the girls making a full recovery and praying and helping make sure the family has everything they need and the kids are taken care of.

Jim gets a lot of attention for his rants on people he hates, but this clip proves that he's just as passionate, if not more, about the people he loves.

This is the best tribute for Jay Briscoe by anyone. Thank you Jim Cornette.

Never heard so much pain in Jim's voice before let alone breaking down and crying. So shocking, very very sad.

As a person from a “big city” in the context of my state it is genuinely amazing to even consider that a human being was so beloved in their community that their community would shut down their school simply in respect of who that person was and what they meant to the community. Just amazing to consider for me.

Damn. Hearing Jim like this hits hard. Rest in peace, Jay Briscoe. You are an icon to this generation of wrestlers and fans. Your impact on the business will be felt for years and years to come.

"Terry Funk ain't wear no mouthpiece." Is one of my favorite lines of all time. Jay was a legend before most even knew his name. R.I.P.

Jim doesn’t get choked up often, but when he does, it gets me choked up too. RIP Jay Briscoe.

My father passed away Thursday. This has been one of the hardest weeks of my life. Hearing the sadness in Jim’s voice is heart breaking.

RIP Jay Briscoe. The impact he had on the guys of this generation is absolutely epic. From FTR, Adam Cole, Seth Rollins, Eddie Kingston, Kevin Owens, new day Sami, and yes even the Bucks is profound. One of the last truly believable acts in wrestling, cause it wasn’t truly an act. Thoughts and prayers to his family. My only hope is that everyone with issues in wrestling business can see this as an example that. These guys (their rivals, opponents) aren’t gonna be around forever , someone could be taken away in an instant. And that it helps mend some fences and we get the business we truly deserve. That the Bucks truly value FTR now cause they need them. Thank you Jay.

You can really hear the sadness in Jim's voice here. I'll admit I didn't watch the Briscoes until their matches with FTR this year but it's amazing and telling to see so many wrestlers and people in the business say great things about Jay and how good of a man he was. Rest in peace.

I hate I discovered the Briscos so late but listening to Jim talk about them wrestling FTR like a proud father always put a smile on my face. Can’t imagine the pain he feels.

R.I.P. Jay Briscoe. One of my top 3 in tag-team and top 10 in singles. Some people are worth the tears. Listening to this, I couldn't help but drop some tears too.

Brian is by far and away the best co-host. He has this ability to calm, level Jim out when he gets upset. Just a brilliant right hand guy.
