Jo Marie is the reason family matters even existed. When they say she was upset at how they basically turned the show from her family into Urkel and all his antics I can see why. I hate she left the show she was the foundation.

Benner: “You’re fired. Ohh, that felt good” Harriett: “I quit!. That felt bettah.”

I like how Carl supported her, so what if she quit? She has her self respect in which in the end helped her and her coworkers.

When I was a small child Harriet honestly scared me because I always felt like she was always mad but now as an adult I realize that she was always just fighting for whats right. She is so inspiring.

Harriet Winslow one of the most underrated characters in sitcom history! She was a kick ass mom! 🤟

I love how karma kicked in and Mr. Benner got fired and they ended up giving Harriet his position.

I remember when I fired a guy who used to emotionally and verbally abuse my employees with him using his power as a boss. As his boss I decided to fire him the moment I heard complaints about him and caught him in the act.

I must say that I'm so impressed with the way Harriette stands up to her nasty boss. You go, girl! Justice!

This show was way ahead of their time. We need more shows like this.

Well done, Harriette. I don't like bullies and no bullies should take their reputations.

I love the fact Hariette's boss is played by Mark Linn Baker. Mark Linn Baker starred in 'Perfect Strangers', which was the show that Jo Marie Payton's character of Hariette first appeared as an elevator operator. She made such an impression in her role that they gave her her own show. That's where 'Family Matters' started. It's fun to see them together again!

Harriett is a natural leader. Now Ferguson's will soar.

IRL, the whole room gets replaced and nothing happens to that guy. That's why society is collapsing.
