Fun fact: this wasn't supposed to be a music video, they just filmed a normal night in Robert Smith's life

Such an eerie yet calming song. Like being all alone in the darkness, but it's utterly peaceful

"Don't struggle like that. I will only love you more". That's how to brand a lyric onto a mind. Thanks for that Robert.

When I was 10 years old, my dad showed me this videoclip and I absolutely loved it, the song too. Since I was little, my dad realized that I like "that kind of things" so he always was showing me Tim Burton movies and songs by the cure. He also read me Edgar Allan Poe's tales. I'm who I am because of him and I will be always proud of that.

Still my favorite cure song, whenever I want to escape everything and embrace the darkness around me🖤

Tim Burton listening to his first Cure song “Guys, I have an amazing idea for, like, my next 15 movies.”

Wow. I havent heard this in years. i was 16 when this came out. I remember having this album on cassette and walking to school in the morning listening to this. Walking in the cold fog in fall and winter. No one tells you when you are young that getting old sucks. For all you young people out there, dont get old. Stay young.

I’m 19 discovering the cure and their amazing sound. From seeing all the music videos and reading comments I’m just amazed how they bring out so much emotion and humanity in people. Robert smith is a genius.

I know its a cliché, but no one can make this song today. Its so bizzare, intense, frightening but so great you have to listen to it in an awe. Just a gem, nothing more or less.
