When I first heard this it really hit home. Being divorced and single for many years, the lyric, “please don’t be in love with someone else” really resonates with my experiences. Guys aren’t single often, they seem to always have someone hanging about, and like Taylor, I don’t do 3rd party relationships. Every time I meet someone that I like, these words play in my head when I get home. It just shows that her lyrics are ageless and timeless.

The original "Enchanted" sounds like a teenage girl is expressing her feelings towards her crush , the innocence and agony is the main essence of this song 💜 but "Enchanted" Taylor's version sounds like a grown up woman who is expressing her love towards someone and this time the confession is bolder and more confident .💜💜 All I can say " I'm wonderstruck, nostalging all the way home " 😭 💜
