DJ.... I lovvvvve when you react to Faouzia! Love everything you had to say here.. except that I didn't find the drum beat distracting. I found it added to the exotic Moroccan vibes she loved to sew into her instrumentals and vocals!!!! I am a very proud Canadian.. and I love our girl.. and I love how she keeps her heritage prominent in her music. Even though I have no middle eastern background myself... I find Faouzia and her music is just truly so unique, captivating and beautiful.
