Music history right here. I was 22 then, Foghat toured relentlessly back then, they came to town every year like the circus. Never missed a show and was never disappointed. It's weird though, this priceless piece of video has only 6,793 views (aug 2019) and other worthless tripe on youtube has millions. Consider yourself fortunate if you run across this gem.

This is historic gold. Dave's voice was just right for this band and its brand of music. Rod Price's slide work was priceless. Roger Earl and Craig MacGregor really drove a hard backbeat. A rock band for the ages. Man, am I glad Paul Butterfield agreed to appear here. Butterfield was never a slouch when it came to performing live but the boys really pushed him here. Paul was, is and will always be the man.

I'll turn 63 this Saturday (10/3/20). This river of time keeps on flowin on, and this music seems so far back. The music of the 70's was special, and you can only know that and understand if you were there.

Wasn't sure if I was at this show, but my ticket stub does not lie. Thanks to my wife for putting them in an album!

That last jam with Muddy was pretty much the RnR Hall Of Fame right there.

A perpetual opening act in the 70's . I saw them probably 6 or 8 times . they always brought the goods .. frequently they rivaled the headliners with their show . they generally killed ..

The first Foghat tune I ever heard was "Aint it a shame". I was hooked. That was back in '75. Saw them several times. Last show I saw was in '96 on the 25th reunion tour with the orignal members. Just an incredible band and a really nice bunch of guys.

I was in attendance at this amazing concert and I am on camera at the 18:44 mark with the white T shirt and overalls. What a GREAT concert it was. I got to see ALL of the GREAT bands and musicians.

This is pure gold, so often we say this band and that band "should" be in the RnR HOF... Foghat "needs" to be in the RnR HOF what they did here on this night is more than the RedHotChiliPeppers ever did or Blondie, what the FcK did either of those bands ever do compared to this? Nothing!!! Not a damn thing! Thank you Foghat for being true to the blues and the music that made RnR what it is...!

I was there! Like 8th row orchestra! I remember they passed around a clip board to accept that you may be recorded in a video! Way too cool!

I was at this, Foghat opened with Fool for the City and did four or five songs before bringing out their guests. We all thought Eddie Kirkland stole the show.
