Result: Worked but music too loud: Woke up without an alarm at 4am. Now the whole point of sleep tracks is to get back to sleep which was difficult because the music, even at minium levels is too loud. I had to put my Bluetooth headphones half on to lessen the volume. I had two dreams. I never recall my dreams but theses were vivid, disturbing, but very clear. I was semi lucid several times kind of thinking there's something not right here. Like as I was dreaming I could several times hear the music and, looking around in the dream I was saying ' where the fuck is that music coming from. This track worked. I won't use it again because I find the music even at my mobiles lowest level way too loud. Maybe because I had no headphones half on I didn't get the full effect. But i was semi lucid so I know it worked. I think I'll keep experimenting with the other track on your excellent site. Thank you for all your efforts and hard work. Regards James in the UK.
