It's not poverty that couse our young men to behave in the manner that they do, but I believe it's drew to a lack of development opportunities. Thay have no work programme that they could get involved in to develop their skills, and learn new skills. They grow up around crime, and the opportunity to get involved in crime is ever present, because of the system that they're borne in and grown up in.
