Day 4 of asking: Anxiety bar. When you're too anxious, you start shaking, you get slowness and nausea, and maybe even lose hunger/health! Dangerous mobs (like creepers and zombies) make you anxious. Also high cliffs and lava pools, and when you're about to drown. I think it would be so cool lol

spifey theres a mod called morph mod that does similar things that the disguise plugin does but what it does differently is gives you all the buffs a normal mob would, and give you the same health a normal mob would for example
a chicken would make you glide slowly to the ground
a bat would make you fly
a creeper would make you blow up (i think)
a zombie would burn in daylight instead being withered (like yours did)

Add a sheep game mode: You can shear yourself. Wolves always attack you. You have less health.
