This made me ugly cry and open up the pent up emotions and feelings and feel my heart chakra and all the chakras open up. The strangest part was when I started singing “OM” very loudly, without realizing it, in the midst of crying and asking out loud for answers to my life’s questions. I felt my throat chakra release something and awaken a power inside of me. I am so wonderfully surprised, opened up, and feeling all the refreshed energy! Thank you for leading me to this epiphany, Honest Guys!

I had nothing but time on my hands due to this COVID-19 pandemic. I have meditated before, but never for an hour with a video! I never felt so free! I’m gonna make this a habit everyday! I even felt some vibrations/warmth on my forehead during this video. I don’t know if that is called the third eye, but i felt something. The benefits are real! Thank you!

As a Buddhist/Pagan myself, this meditation did actually helps me to get rid of my negative thoughts, mental illness and my suffering into a peaceful world with love & light inside myself.

I get acid reflux so I was looking for a meditation to heal me or at least calm it down so I could fall asleep. I made it to the temple and heard you say to take as much time as I needed to receive the healing. Everthing got quiet and I kept waiting for the guide to continue. The pc battery had died. I had not plugged in to the charger/power source. I didn't panic and scanned my body, the pain had stopped. Thank you I will listen again and again and for when I need healing.

First time today doing an hour long meditation, I've only done 10 minutes before. It felt a bit daunting before I started and I thought maybe I would have to stop halfway through but once the hour was over I just thought already. It was a beautiful experience and I could feel the vibrations of the humming through my body and haven't felt so much at peace in a long time

I absolutely love you guys. I have been through a tough time the last 2 years with the death of 3 close family members while dealing with other challenging issues at the same time. Your guided meditations have helped me so much. I look forward to my meditations every day. I fall asleep within minutes when listening to the sleep meditations. My aging father is unwell and has constant anxiety about his condition. I've been trying 432hz music to calm him and today decided to add a meditation to it with this video. He is the last person in the world you would expect to meditate but it went over pretty well. I told him we were going to listen to a story. He's been relatively peaceful this afternoon. 💖 Thank you!
