I don't do looksmaxxing, I do dwarfmaxxing. It's where you don't shave, drink large amounts of alcohol, and dig deep in the mines looking for precious metals. It's going great.

I suppose I'm hobbitmaxxing. I enjoy living in a comfy little home, cooking, drinking, and tending to my garden/animals. All while staying out of other people's business.

Surgeons who encourages people to go extreme should be criminal accountable and lose their license. I can't imagine how badly the leg extension recovery would be. I had a multiple level fusion because of a broken back. I grew 5cm overnight once my spine straightened and hardware was implanted. That was very pain and drawn-out recovery. The legs would be horrendous, the risk for post operation infection would be pretty high.

People gotta realize that body dysmorphia is a mental issue, not a physical one. Trying to approach it as if you can fix it with physical changes wont work

I've been "mewing" since around 2007. On an episode of America's Next Top Model, Tyra Banks basically explained how to "mew" for the purpose of getting rid of a double chin when being photographed. I started doing that every day for hours. I still do it now, it’s just a habit at this point, and it does help temporarily hide a double chin. But! I... do not have the super chiseled jaw/chin people are claiming to achieve after a few months of mewing 😂

I had 2 back surgeries. I had spinal fusion surgery and a repair done to fix a broken sacrum (tailbone) and then my hip flexors released. I spent a total of 43 hours in surgery. I hate coming out of anesthesia. And I hate recovering from surgery. It was horrible recovering when it was something that I needed to relieve the pain I was in. Why would anyone choose to have surgery or an injection just for purely cosmetic reasons. I’m aging and fine with it. It looks horrible to see someone with these huge puffy lips, or a botched eye lift, or a nose job that was suppose to narrow your nose and open your breathing passage and break it again and shave down the bones in your nose. I have a short wide nose from breaking it as a little kid. I even had a Doctor telling me I required it because my left nostril will only get worse later on. He said with the way he wrote the order insurance would cover the full cost. And I thought about it while he was telling the nurse what the break down cost of it all would be if he didn’t write it up like he did. When she came in I told her I wasn’t interested. He said that he could give me the nose I could have had.

I just realized why plastic surgery messes me up. Their looks are based on human drawings essentially, and all three of those individuals on the couch looked like various American cartoons characters

No! Dont feel bad. You have an enormous audience and what some people call "bullying" will actuality deter so many others, who were on the fence, from doing this to themselves and ruining their lives. ❤

That meowing thing doesn't make any sense. I was a receptionist in a dental office and from what I learned from the dentist was kids who pushed their tongue into the top of their mouth generally just had bad overbites. It doesn't affect the bottom jaw. Your chin is just bone so it shouldn't matter what type of exercise you do it isn't going to add more bone

13:25 I started getting gray hairs at 17, it's just a part of the family genes for me. Family's got great thick hair though, so I'll rather be gray by the time I hit 40 than thinning. Be happy you got thick hair, Mr. Oomps.
