Great tip! I watched this after waking up. I forgot about noticing the emotions in my dreams. I usually just write down what happened, but I just wrote down all the emotions in my dreams from last night. They reflect how I’ve been feeling lately and that’s really interesting to see. I’ll definitely keep doing this, thanks!

Video technical opinion:
I'm not sure if this is a sound in a background that you apply (because your voice is not stopping), but it is a bit distracting. Seems like an seagulls sounds, but as I wrote, hard to say, because it always goes with your voice.
In general I would prefer just a little more silence pauses, maybe the video will be less compact but more natural :) Maybe we would hear the nice ocean background sounds? :D
