To everyone wondering what this is about, This is a college video project that was done in the 80s and if you watch the full video its talking about how people need to be more aware of the dangers around us that we don't even look for or see, for instance the main character is being followed by a killer and neither her or her friend are noticing the signs cause of all the distractions in life.
Also note: Yes I am aware of the people commenting that it isn't the entire moral of the story, its made so that you can take what you want from it
