If I had a nickel for every game that came out in 2023 with a talking gauntlet character, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

this game won't win any awards but I respect the developers for getting outside of their comfort zone and attemping something new and different.
for an action adventure title at least it looks decent enough.

I had a massive issue with enemies despawning and I didn't notice you mention that. There's a ring around every enemy encounter where they'll despawn and teleport back to where they started at full health. With some of the enemies that do giant leaps backwards, I actually had some yeet themselves past that point forcing me to fight them again or run away. That ended up being incredibly annoying.
