IM 60yrs old, skinhead in 70 to 76, listening to ska, reggae, then 76 was the punk explosion, The Clash where the first punk band to mix both, White man in hammersmith palaise, police and thives, bank robber, guns of Brixton, etc, but Rancid rate up their with the Clash. Two of my favourite bands ever, R.I.P. Joe Strummer. Rancid and The Clash, now that would have been something else.

Right after this album released I was at a friends house and he put it on. I thought it wasn't bad and then Olympia WA came on and it was a "holy shit" moment for me. The next day I rode my bike 5 miles to a local music shop and bought the album. I was 10 years old. Still remember hauling ass all the way home on a beautiful late summer day with my Discman blasting Time Bomb. Still listening after all these years.

Holy crap ... This album ... It's my youth incarnate.  It's been years I haven't listened to it. I still know it by heart. Now, I have to find my skateboard and find a skate park with a ramp :D

all the comments on this video are like "I was born in 1929 in Wedowee, Alabama. Growing up I listened to this on cassette every day while skateboarding nearby the town hall. I am still listening to this record 85 years later. Every note is musical perfection."

My pops never understood my punk music until I played this album for him. It reminded him of The Clash; now we had something in common.
