I'm a 15 year old American girl. I always struggled with sleep my entire life due to depression and strong anxiety issues. I always was terrified of being killed due to watching too many murder mysteries as a kid. I would run into my parents room and squish myself in between them in their bed. Eventually, I got too big for that and resorted to putting a sleeping bag on the floor and resting there. After a few years of therapy, I now use ambient music to help me feel calm and fall asleep. If you struggle with sleep issues, anxiety or any other mental illness, know you are not alone. Never feel guilty for needing outside help. You are loved and you deserve to get a good night's rest. If you're going to sleep, I wish you pleasant dreams. May God light your path. ❤❤❤❤❤

I went 6 years of hardcore drug abuse and lost it all I finally got my oldest son back been 2.5 years clean and when ever I feel like all hope is lost I can lay down close my eyes and listen to this and know there is always hope for life and I’m here for a greater purpose thank you for this it has kept me alive thru these bumpy years thank you again from the bottom of my heart and soul!!!!

I know your in pain... You’ve been beat down, brutalised, town apart and pulled back together again. I would try to emphasise what you could be going through, but only YOU know the absolute torture you have endured. You have been through things that some people can’t even fathom... yet here you stand. So whatever you are going through, no matter how painful or hard it may be, DON’T GIVE UP!! I know the world is crumbling around you and all sense of positivity has left your body... but if it doesn’t kill you, it will only make you stronger. That’s right. YOU are stronger than you ever thought you were, even if you don’t think so. So please, for your sake, and the sake of everyone who loves or loved you... and for my sake... Sense I’ve started using this to sleep I have been having very vivid dreams / sleeping longer and feeling more rested, although some of the dreams seem to real and will forever be stored in my brain as a memory I enjoy feeling as though I’m conscious throughout the night and I highly recommend this to anyone
