I used to get nocturnal panic attacks. They were rough and made me feel physically awful. I appreciate you talking about that experience a lot. Otherwise its so easy to feel alone.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the bad dream. I can say that I unfortunately have had nightmares and anxiety that have resulted in those same exact symptoms (breathing heavy, numbness in hands, fear of sleeping.) I don’t have the best sleep hygiene, but I know less screen time before bed helps me. I also practice trying to envision what I want to dream about as I am going to sleep. I hope knowing that your experience is relatable brings you some comfort. You are not alone!

To bring back your honey, just put the pot without the lid in a container with warm water (less than 110F). After 5 minutes take it out and stir it. Repeat until it's back to normal!

I have struggled with night terrors for years and I suffer from anxiety. I was having them nightly and it would always happened when I had sugar before bed. I need a little treat at night but if I have it late I can tell they are going to happen. Everyone is different but it sounds like a really vivid dream.

I have no idea why but seeing your trader joe's hauls just bring me joy, just as seeing you try out reciepes or cooking in general, it gives me so many idea of stuff to try and not feel bad if it is a fail in the end :3

Maybe not everywhere, but as a barista, I am happy to remake a drink if you don't like what you got! (Especially if we can tell you're being honest and didn't drink the entire thing) I highly encourage experimenting with coffee flavors and different milk.

I’ve been having sleep issues like that recently! They started sometime last year and have never had it happen before. I think it’s stress and anxiety that causes it for me, but I’m glad you’re okay!
