Honestly... Hayley should write a book. Just about her life (doesnât even have to be about her life) just the way sheâs overcome things and the mindset she has would be such an interesting read. Sheâs such a strong, smart and growing up with her music: role model. Her growth as an artist is one of the most inspiring yet relatable things and I would seriously love to see her write about it.

Honestly the fact that after laughter had such sad and depressing lyrics with an upbeat tone made me love it even more. It kind of mirrors the feeling you have when youâre depressed and want to show everyone that youâre okay but deep down youâre going through a lot. People who arenât paying attention or canât relate to the feeling donât realize what youâre going through but if theyâre really listening and paying attention they know. Iâm not sure if I explained that very well but Iâm sure someone knows what I mean.

Can we talk about how awesome Zane can direct a conversation? He's so there with her, really listening!!
and can we talk about how much Hayley is open to us? Shes so transparent.
i think this is one of the best interviews from her (maybe the best). We can think about deep stuff from our own selfs just listening to this interviw

Hayley is my favorite lyricist of all time. Sheâs always been able to capture feelings in her words and Melodies that no one else has ever captured for me. Thatâs what makes her music so relatable. Her solo work is my favorite music ever. Petals for armor helped me grow so much as a person and means so much to me. Thank you for staying with us, Hayley <3. Your unique and vibrant voice is so very much needed in this world.

I met Hayley last year at Bonnaroo. I went up to her and said Iâm so sorry I know youâre busy can I grab a photo. She touched my shoulder and said âdonât ever be sorryâ. This woman is incredible
