The most delicious, easy, 2 ingredient breakfast ever: What you need: 1 banana 1 cup of muesli (you can use oats but I prefer muesli) 1 tablespoon of honey (optional) Half a cup of Berries (optional) Method: Mash the banana with a fork Add the muesli/oats Mix them together Add your honey Then add some berries Done! Trust me it is sooo bomb, simple to make, has few ingredients and is healthy. I have this for breakfast every day. Make this and reply to this comment about what you think!😀

I love how Alisha put that little speech in while she was editing in the beginning because My anxiety has gotten so bad and I started eating so bad and I was trying to get back on track and that speech just made me realize that I’m not alone and I watched this video a few weeks ago and it made me want to eat healthier so now I’m eating healthy and I want to thank you!
