"Enough is enough. I'm a champion. Look at me, I'm a champion. I am not a nugget." - Owen Hart

My Dad showed me their Wrestlemania 10 match when I first showed interest in pro wrestling when I was young. Owen was the reason my dad loved watching actual wrestling matches and not entertainment spots. RIP OWEN HART

Bret and Owen’s feud is 100% up there with the greatest feuds in the business. Two amazing wrestlers in their prime. Thinking of you Owen. Rip x

owen played the jealous brother so well, and I liked his promos, even on those occasions when he messed up it was hilarious ("a leg out of your leg!")

Its funny how Bret was the Champion and new face of the WWF but then they give the belt to Yoko and get it back on Hogan. Didnt work, he left. Then they tried to make Lugar the face, didnt work either. Then they went back to Bret. Then they wanted to make Diesal the face, pushed him hard, held the belt for a year, before they had to to with Bret again. Then Shawn Michaels rose up the ranks and was pushed as the face. Eventually Bret got the title again. While they tried to go back to Hogan, and then make Lugar, Diesal, and Shawn the face of the company, Bret was always the most reliable top star from late 92 to late 97 when the screwjob happened.

These memories that Bret shared with us are special. They have a special place in his heart and one day when he’s gone, they will be heard, cherished, and remembered

Bret kept his promise with going all in the Backlund fued. It was by far the best angle of 1994

Owen vs Bret worked so well because Owen was such a believable heel … you believed he could beat anyone and he was out to prove he was better than his brother the world champion

Man i luv Bret Hart and the fact he does these interviews and shares these stories even when they're often the same stories he doesn't get tired of sharing with us. I hope he realizes he's giving fans a lot to cherish after he's lived his full life.

I totally remember the Backlund feud from 1994, and specifically the “throw in the towel” match from Survivor Series. I really enjoyed that entire angle and thing, it was sort of the high water mark for me in terms of following wrestling in the early to mid-90s

Many should watch a highlight reel of Owen Hart wrestling during the stampede days. Its is almost spooky how much of Owen's type of high flying wrestling we see today. Just compare it to a Rollins, Omega, Finn, Syles, or almost all of AEW. It is almost identical. And Owen was doing this during the "big man era".

Glad to hear him speak on the scene with Davey at Survivor Series, which I always thought was one of the most unintentionally funny scenes in wrestling. Davey’s seemingly half dead through the whole scene and NO ONE cares. Stu finally kinda glanced over his shoulder at the end like “maybe someone should help him”, but then just shrugs it off and goes back to tending to Bret like it’s nothing. Cracks me up every time.

I started watching wrestling in the 80s when I was a little kid, I stopped watching wrestling around 98. I only ever had one favorite wrestler and it was Bret Hart. My girlfriend got me a Cameo form him last year and at age 43, I felt like a kid again. He was so amazing and I very much felt the love from him that he still has for his fans. He's a great guy and I can't get enough of his stories.

Love both Bret and Owen Hart. Bret was and still is my favourite wrestler his work against Curt Henning in 91 and 93, Davey Boy Smith in 92 and 95, Roddy Piper at Wrestlemania 8 just to mention a few was second to none. Owen was just incredible he was a natural heel just a top notch guy. The cage match at Summerslam 94 and The opener at Wrestlemania 10 was testimony to how good both brothers were. RIP OWEN JAMES HART
