My oven broke the day before Thanksgiving last year. I cooked a full homemade meal in a crockpot, toaster oven and one electric burner π it worked! And it was good. Where there's a will there's a way. And corned beef in a crockpot became our new Thanksgiving favorite instead of turkey.
