Sweden, Denmark and Norway are just really competitive siblings. We don't want to lose to each other and we don't want anyone else to win against any of our family members.
Finland is the annoyed close relative that can't even be bothered to deal with us anymore.

I'm a swede, and I once heard an american say "I'm very humble, I'm probably the most humble person I know". He said it with 100% sincerity, I just dropped my jaw.
