They are by light from the sun hitting rain in the horizon they white light hits the rain the rain is like a long smooth drop and when it hits it at a 27° and the perfect time and hight it can make it go through the rain then turns it in to red 27°, orange 26°, yellow 25°, green 24°, blue -etc then the precise precisions can be considered as comprehensive this.
