Unlike chicken breeds with regular black plumage, Chinese black chickens have a unique pigmentation that makes both their bones and meat black. Currently each black chicken in China is sold for about $20 each. Although much more expensive than regular chicken, people still consume large quantities of black chicken every day.

amazing job, Only if you guys knew what you were really eating, after working in a Tyson hatchery for a few years people would understand why some many people have cancer, Formaldehyde birds is what I call them. thanks david
