Hi Lewis, I worked in a massive canned peach production factory when I was teenager. I was also fascinated by electronic music. The monotony of the job was killing me for a few days at the start until my brain started converting repetitive factory sounds into music and helping me get in a flow. Nowadays I am an engineer with a PhD. The human brain is an incredibly adaptable organ. We all need to worry less and trust ourselves (body & mind) more. There is always a way to get through anything.

Staying motivated can be challenging, but it's important to remember why you set your goals in the first place. One way to stay focused is by breaking your goals into smaller, manageable tasks. Celebrate your progress along the way and remind yourself of the positive impact achieving your goals will have. Surround yourself with supportive people, create a routine, and stay committed. You've got this, King! Keep pushing forward and stay motivated! That's great to hear, King! Staying motivated is key to achieving your goals. Remember to stay focused, break your goals into smaller tasks, and celebrate your progress along the way. You've got this! Keep that motivation going strong!

This stuck with me. It's not the Pursuit of happiness but the happiness of the pursuit that matters 👌🏼👍🏼

I feel that being successful is doing what you love not how much you make. Words don't teach only experience.

Thank you for this. Having been a Rehab Therapist for 35 years after 7-8 years of college, I have been struggling with letting go of that identity to grow an unrelated business. I realize I can connect the knowledge gained while disconnecting from my Therapist persona. The "push me-pull you" can stop with having a more singular focus on what I'm really meant to be...to serve in a new way that is still valuable. I was also at Tony's UPW in November- life changing too! Hello to my fellow fire-walker. :-)

This is so inspirational as this is the space I am currently in. Changing careers from a full time photographer to becoming a mindful teacher, teaching others what I have learned over the past few difficult years. Thank you for this!

I feel like I walked the mountains from the other side, first climbing the second one with motherhood responsibilities, and now in my fifties I give myself freedom and courage to climb the first mountain ⛰ So that I can return to the second to contribute to society. Thank you for the great talk, I really enjoyed lightness of it.

It's so true what Ali said about "No one is thinking about you, no one cares what you are doing". This simple concept held me back for years, until I realised people don't care, and even if they look at you, then 10 seconds later they will be thinking of something else or doing something else, so you might as well give it a go.

Never heard of him before but really excited what he has to say in the video, can't wait for this one! 🙂 I've been really taking control in different areas of my life, getting rid of bad habits, things that are gonna hold me back from becoming the 2.0 version of myself! Now it's time to get to work. 🤛
