I KNOW PETE MOORE AND BILLY GRIFFIN ARE VERY MUCH STILL ALIVE - Sorry about the earlier confusion!!! (Updated May 10 2017)
With Billy Griffin this line-up sounded great and the pink suits were so camp! Love both songs, they should have had more hits.

Thank you for posting.....My father is Pete Moore of The Miracles, he is no longer here with us in the physical. He was the most humble and intelligent person to converse with....he was my best friend and love of my life!! millions of blessings to you always

Just can't believe that all but Billy Griffin is still alive while all the others are now up there giging with their other Motown stable-mates. What a WONDERFUL era of music this was. I thank God I was born to hear and see it all originally unfold before my Motown hungry teenage years. Stoned Love, Steve.

Warren "Pete" Moore, an original member of the first Motown group, The Miracles, died yesterday (November 19, 2017) on his 79th birthday. Moore formed the Miracles with childhood friend Smokey Robinson. Once the group was signed by Motown as its first major act, Moore and Robinson began actively writing songs together, and they became a force, penning hits for their own group, such as “Ooh Baby Baby,” as well as for other groups like The Tempations (“Since I Lost My Baby”) and Marvin Gaye (“I’ll Be Doggone”). Once Robinson left the group, Moore soldiered on with new lead singer Billy Griffin, co-writing the #1 hit “Love Machine” and producing much of the group’s 70s hits.

So smooth, tight, and professional. That was from an era when performers really took pride in themselves and their presentations. M

Among being a great falsetto singer, Billy Griffin wrote both songs on this video. Awesome talent - we didn't see enough of his great talent.

Millennial here, i found a 70s dance party in my parents cd collection and decided to give it a try. I have a whole new appreciation for 70s music, theres so much lyrical diversity and so many instruments that make amazing songs as opposed to the songs my generation adores like 'baby' or 'work work work'

"Love Machine" is a 1975 single recorded by Motown group The Miracles, taken from their album City of Angels. The song was a #1 Pop smash on the Billboard Hot 100, and the biggest-selling hit single of The Miracles' career. This single was one of two Billboard Hot 100 Top 20 hits recorded by The Miracles with Billy Griffin as lead vocalist; the other is 1973's "Do It Baby". Griffin had replaced Miracles founder Smokey Robinson as lead singer in 1972. The song features a growling vocal by Miracle Bobby Rogers, with group baritone Ronnie White repeating "yeah, baby" throughout the song.
