I’m Mexican. Indian food is my second favorite food in the world (second only to my own Mexican food which I’m sure Indians would understand). I LOVE INDIAN FOOD!!! It’s the only other food I never get tired of and I’m always in the mood for. Thank you India, for your beautiful contribution to the culinary world! Love this episode ❤

As an Indian I absolutely LOVE Mexican food. Not surprised they like our food too. Very different yet so many similarities!

As a Mexican I already knew the senoras would love the food because Indian food is something that fits our pallet. So similar to our food yet soo different at the same time!

I am a Latino man in Texas. I will never forget the first day I tried Indian food. It blew my mind. I have been addicted to the stuff ever since. I crave it tremendously and must have it regularly. I think my absolute favorite thing is it idlies and sambar. I also love a good lamb biryani. And I think mango lassi is the drink of the gods.

As an Indian who has worked with Mexicans in kitchens for like 10 years, seeing Mexican Moms enjoy our cuisine is the ultimate level of approval I could ask for! Thank you ladies you made my day!

I'm Indian, and nothing makes me happier than seeing the fine people of Mexico enjoy our cuisine and relate it with theirs! And likewise, Mexican food feels so homely to me ❤

Im Cuban/Mexican born and raised in California, and i still remember the first time i had Indian food at 8 years old. Never tasted spices like that as i was used to Latino culture/ American culture. It was, and still is one of my absolute FAVORITE cuisines. My dad and I for the past 10 years have gone to our local Indian restaurant at peast once a month. Thank you for shining a light on the rich culture and flavor India has to offer. Its truly delicious!

Absolutely adore the Grandma in Green who couldn't bear to see a guy standing for so long and demanded of him to eat the food she gave. So much pure affection and years of people taken care of.

This is an observation. It seems that both Indians and Mexicans are the world masters in creating spice mixes and sauces to flavoring dishes. Both cuisines have borrowed various spices and ingredients from each other to enrich each culinarily tradition. Both Indian and Mexican are awesome in their own ways.

I'm Mexican and my husband is Indian. I feel like my food was like a warm up to prepare me for Indian food. Mexican food has the salsa on the side so you can add according to your taste, Indian food you get the salsa equivalent mixed in. I love it. I have learned to make lots of their dishes. They're quite simple, mostly, they just require a lot of cabinet space for all kinds of spices.

The Mexican moms are very respectful, polite and have a natural tendency to look at the positive side of things and appreciate them.
