Framerate issues - Stemming from rendering at 24FPS and speed ramping. (Render at a higher frame rate, get the timing better, then export at 24FPS for the final export)
Earth bump map is flickering - no idea what is causing this, it might be related to the adaptive sub sampling and the moving camera in Blender. (No idea how to fix yet)
Glare is too high in close-ups shots and too high on the heighliner pass for the first shot. (Just turn it down more in the compositing step)
Atmosphere still looks funny in first shot and the wide shot of the heighliner (Looked fine in blender, but clearly needs more tweaking in the premiere grade)
The enemy ship appears to clip into the heighliner as it leaves it. (This isn't true, I can see it in the blend file, its an illusion created by the shadow. More than one person has pointed this out so the lighting of that shot might need to be fixed.
