Maybe it's not "cool" to sing about being on meth but I think she's singing more about addiction here. And when it slows down she is all alone and sad it seems like that's when she realizes it's a problem that she loves it. And all the party scenes are what it feels like while she's high and isn't even thinking about it. Pretty simple but it makes it better than it seems
