Matcha Latte:
1 small tsp. matcha
1 tbsp. coconut butter
1 scoop collagen peptides
0.5 tsp. adaptogenic herbs
0.5 tsp. vanilla powder
2.5 dl 80 degrees hot water
1 dl oat milk
Put all of the ingredients, except oat milk, in a blender and blend around 1 minute til you get a creamy, green latte. Pour the latte into a large cup.
Skim the oatmeal in a milk frother and mix it with the rest.

This was so beautiful. Thank you Christine. Personally, I've been feeling so mired and stuck in my own life, wanting to have a life now in turned with natural rhythms and the natural world like you guys have. I understand it is a lot of hard work, but I think it would be so much better for myself, my husband, and our child than the struggle to keep up - a race that feels like a treadmill being turned up faster and faster - in a crowded, noisy, and demanding city. Thank you for putting out content like what inspired you to find a change. I'm still looking for a way, but find such solace and hope in pieces like this.

The Grounding documentary is wonderful.

I am so in love with your messages and energy Christine 💜 ahhh I feel like I have so much to say to you! I'm so excited to learn more about your women circle, it's something I feel I've been needing in my life for so long and I think I'll join!! I work in a male dominated industry and I am the only woman in my entire work place. Sometimes it's really hard feeling like you have no support or no one that understands you. It can eat away at your own sense feminine energy, making you feel small and worthless. The work you do is so important.
But about your video, everything you've said here is so true!! I just made a video about the power of nature to heal us during times of emotional hardship but I had no idea about negative ions! Did you know that trees also release chemical aerosols into the air that act on our bodies in healthy ways? It's all so raw and magical 😭🌲✨ This world is amazing, thank you for sharing your part of it 💜
