These are great ideas. A few years ago, in December, we lost power for 23 hours. During the night, I brought in my large solar lights from the yard and placed them in vases so we had light inside. It was great!

I’ve had a set for three years And they still work. That’s out for all seasons for three years.

Love some of these ideas, but I would probably buy a good quality solar light that would last. I hate the thought of adding to landfill plus if I am going to go to all that effort I want things to last! Thanks for the ideas!

Ive used solar lights for walkways and fairy lights on railings etc. for years. I buy cheap ones and 99% last for 2 years or more year around use.

I dont usually like the dollar tree crafts, but these are great ideas! Especially if you do not have electricity available. You can use any solar light.

"I picked up this pile of razor wire from a garage sale, I thought it was so cute so I added some hot glue to some solar lights and wrapped the razor wire around it. My wrists are bleeding but it's just so great and I hung it on my porch. Please help."
