it's so important to recognize when you need a break!!! In the past, I just let myself work and work and I PRIDED myself in never taking a break cos I thought I was being "productive." I burnt out very quickly (and multiple times) and from that I learned that EVERYONE needs to take a break and really prioritize themselves

I so much understand the joy of going to a restaurant alone! Since I were 13 I used to explore places by myself a lot. The things I enjoy most is when I sit down and I can process all my thoughts while watching the world go past me. Going to restaurants by yourself is definitely not for losers! I think it makes you stronger to be able to do things by yourself instead of always feeling the need to fill in that silence with other people. Approach yourself! Also, it makes it easier to be aware but also enjoy your surroundings :)
