1 fresh cucumber -180 grams.
1 sweet pepper.
Cut into cubes.
Olives 70 grams.
Green onions.
Parsley.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix well.
