Many “awakening” people still fall back into pointing fingers, harboring anger, etc, - like Pam said, fall back into the “I choose to operate from a frequency of love” and ask for help if you are suffering. Pam you are Amazing!! I have followed you since the pandemic started... Right at the point of where you are talking about the glass wall becoming thicker I made a choice. I have 2 parents that never cared about me and have quite a horrible upbringing (which served to make me independent by the way). But lately my father is trying to have a relationship with me and about a week ago my mother reached out to tell me she had severe cancer... I was struggling with the decision of weather to get in contact with them or not...and the part you talked about helped me make the decision. Because I am about love I will make an effort as I know our souls are connected. Both my parents are most definitely 3D and highly religious...but I know now my choice has to do with love AND letting go... they are 76 years old both of them and may not be around for long... but I feel in my heart that forgiving is part of letting them pass and for me to maybe heal... (P.S. I have my north node in Pieces ;) so perhaps it is my path ... Thank you Pam, you are such a beautiful teacher <3

A shame there's so many clouds that stop us experiencing the sky as it should be. Things are changing though and people are questioning why we see such skies after the planes and weather modification, not how it is happening anymore, but why and who's involved for what outcome. We're coming through this, this is real, individually and collectively. Much love all 😊❤️🙏

There are also many health and wellness practitioners advocating intermittent fasting to repair the body. Apparently, after 18 hours of no food, the body goes into a phase of autophagy (cell death) where it begins breaking down and feeding on old, diseased and damaged cells. Then if you go into even longer periods of fasting, the production of stem cells is triggered. It’s pretty fascinating.
