I do not think they have the right to invade other countries. But judged by what bush said, presumably in those countries were full of terrorists and what did the soldiers is to receive orders from their superiors, but only to diminish the violence in the streets without hurting civilians.

no.... the real goal of the american millitary was to put there combat troops in the middle east.... giving the terrorists a target to attack instead of leaving them with there focus on american soil..... this way the only americans that are attacked are the best suited to deal with a attack... the american soldiers
