For what it's worth from this 67 year old fan, your words and music, combined with your willingness to share your great talent, artistry, and true authenticity with the world will never be something taken for granted by me. When you’re feeling anxious, remember that you’re still you. You are not anxiety. Whenever you feel otherwise, remember that’s the anxiety talking. You are still you and hold the power in every moment.
One lesson learned late in my years, but one that I will heed in my remaining years is that the head worries and the heart feels. The two cannot function at the same time. When our feelings dominate, worry begins to dissolve. If we live our lives on the superficial level, life becomes depressing. But when we connect with each other from the heart, as you do each performance, then that makes life beautiful and authentic.
Thank you for you. Thank you for all your hard work and personal sacrifice touring to give us the joy of experiencing you and your heart-filled, personal stories in brilliant musical prose. We all come away a bit more healed and a bit more connected to the world because of it.
Keep smiling and know that you are very much needed in this world. With all its infinite possibilities, this life is a gift, for it can become a fountain of joy and happiness not just for oneself but for many others as well.

Aww Lizzy - emotional burnout is so real. Take it day by day and understand that your fans will understand if you have to cancel a date for your mental health! Plus, you have some great musician friends to reach out to that I can only imagine would be so happy to talk through your feelings.
