People said training in SM was the hardest compared to other agencies, but i think its really worth it. Consistent cb even for a 10 years old idol. And what I really like the most is SM letting their senior idol or actors to take the Director role in the agency and even let the senior idol to try for acting or something else. And of course the VISUAL & VOCAL. None can beat that, SM always prioritize the VISUAL as they know people dont want to watch for the talent, but also the visual ✨
