This 432Hz-grid based all 7 chakras healing meditation and sleep music features shorter versions from one of my chakra series and gives you the opportunity to unblock, open, balance and heal each of your 7 chakras during a recovering goodnight sleep: your root chakra, your sacral chakra, your solar plexus chakra, your heart chakra, your throat chakra, your third eye chakra (3rd eye) and your crown chakra.
Just as a melody can be composed by the use of the 7 notes of an octave, the 7 chakras create the soundtrack of our existence as human beings. And just as the construction of a house begins with the foundation, the work on the chakras starts from the bottom. Therefore, this all 7 chakras healing meditation starts at the lowest chakra frequency and rises successively.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. Listening to this track last night helped me to release a blockage somewhere, as I began crying in my sleep as some trapped energy was released. I'm feeling a lot more content and at peace, part in parcel due to this track but also in what the Holy Spirit can do, lead us to and help us overcome. I am because God is, and to connect to God is to connect to where the treasure of heaven is, within, only if we release of fear, anger, guilt, shame and unforgiveness and quit fighting what we cannot change, and this is letting go and surrendering. If we allow God to do his thing, we begin to be at peace with all that is around us, but it starts with ourselves first. I believe everything is vibration and to fix our vibration we must be actively engaged in deliberately and consciously choosing our thoughts. Our thoughts and words create things, and we master our thoughts, we can master our lives, and we can create a literal heaven on earth from within. Remember, the mind makes a great servant but a poor master, and it's up to us withwhat software, or thoughts we plug into our minds habitually. Everything is vibration and vibration resonates and attuned to the frequency and experience we want to materialize but we have to be intentional, and persistent in what we call into our realm of experience. I hope this thought blesses somebody, and just know how valuable, how unique, how amazing and beautiful you are. Just without you being, our life existence wouldn't be the same. You are a one in a 12 billion chance and are a miracle just for being alive. It's was written, that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, a bit below the angels and a tad above most of creation, created in God's image.
