The vocal harmonies toward the end of the song are absolutely stellar.

Originally, this was going to be the first single to promote this album. They chose Paranoid Android instead to challenge radio stations to play the whole of the song

I listened to pretty much the entirety of Radiohead’s discography (aside from each member’s solo work) and this song, even among the many other amazing songs in OK Computer, is one of the most sentimental songs they’ve ever written. The privileged walk on you, spit on you, and ignore your calls for help. So you remain silent. In hopes for a better future. One day you’ll grow wings, and leave from the mess you’re stuck in. That’s what we all hope.

How it builds to that release after 3:25... Even after 20 years, it never fails to give me goose bumps.

"One day I am gonna grow wings" is a line I've been telling myself for a very, very long time.

3:40 onwards is probs my favorite part of any song in existence. The warm guitars and drums flow so well and thom’s voice is heavenly. I could play that on repeat all day

Let down and Paranoid Android are by far the best songs from this album, and that's for two reasons. The message behind them became true, more than any sane person would ever wish they would have. They connect with not just me, but with tens to hundreds of thousands VERY deeply throughout the world.

I always sing along with the crescendo in my car at the top of my lungs, typically with tears in my eyes. I dunno why, every time.

"The Bear" had one of the best uses for this song I've ever seen on film.
