Hi Jess. I just have to say that I have tuned into other channels here with similar topics but eventually yours is the one I stick with the most. Your vocal tone, intonations and pace are perfect for me..I just started doing the night meditation last night after two days of really feeling unwell and totally off balance. But I am working on releasing a colon challenge I've had for 4 years..upon arising this morning I discovered my symptoms changed for the better and for this I'm grateful.
Miracles have no choice but to be attracted to me😅. I've also done the morning meditation and will be doing your 7 day meditation series.
Thanks for putting so much time and powerful healing energy into these videos.
