It may not be Fiona's fault but Jason doesn't deserve shit for making that choice. When you're an alcoholic, temptation is pretty much your enemy, and some people don't have the strength to say no. And not to mention he's also a recovering drug addict as well. And he admitted that it was his fault so I give him props for realizing it.

I am sorry but it really bothers me thats just a weak mind or bad writting when he was already 100 days sobber and all it takes is a stranger with alcohol he want immediately some and then after druged himself to death with heroin, thats too much man, a homeless guy on the street or every other liquer store could made him fall back it wasn't Fiona.

The Lip was talking he made it seem like she was partying to hard and wouldn't take 'I don't want a drink' for an answer. She didn't even ask if he wanted a drink.
