Not just an acoustic version of Paint Me Colors but also slower. Nice when they song kicks in half way. And the nakedness of the lyrics, not something I'm used to hearing. I like both these songs on the 7 song ep but American Beauty makes the transition to acoustic well. Like it's own life done that way. I thought the same thing, in a logical progress from Riot grrl, with roots in Slits, Raincoats, Kleenex.
