This album is Regina at her most raw, passionate, and unrestrained, and I think that's what makes it so special. Her style has developed so much over the years, and yet she manages to find a unique sort of brilliance at every step of that journey.
Of course, most of us aren't here just because her music is brilliant, but for the almost divine power she seems to wield with it. God bless you Regina, for giving us all inspiration both creative and spiritual, and the strength to keep a spark of desperate hope alive in these dark times.

Interesting to think of language's evolution while we revolved around the sun and through the universe. Anyone who is fluent in 2 or 3 language and can sing in all of them while playing an instrument is SO talented!
