Living in the Northern Hemisphere, the days in summer are extremely long. To me, this is highly conducive to a sense of depression, for if the day is a bad day, it seems to go on and on.

I have bad summertime depression, Specifically mid july and throughout August. Its horrible. I take a mood stabilizer (Lamictal) and its helpful.

Im always happy when October comes around and my birthday is in February so October to February im super happy. Any other time of the year I only like rainy days or cloudy days .

I don't feel ANY social pressure during the summer, I keep my angry ass inside. I just HATE THE SUN AND THE HEAT. The sun is so invasive! It makes me seriously depressed because I can't even go outside. If I wake up to a sunny, warm day, I know I'll be miserable
