I love the fact that this is one of the craziest piano pieces I've heard and then you just look at and go "oh so it goes like this" and then play it perfectly keep it up manšŸ‘

I feel like people often underestimate the beauty of simple melodies with the right composition.

The bass keeps the tempo and then switches whenever he goes ham on the piano, overall fantastic song

First few notes he hears ā€œItā€™s got a real simple melody, I like that.ā€ precedes to play the entire song one handed while giving his review and finishing folding his laundry with the other.

Another great one by him is ā€œArsonistsā€ it starts of calm and quiet then he goes ham on the piano at around 1 minute (and a bit before)

@matthew cawood šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„ When I first heard the song, I expected a modulation up a step at the end. That ā€œtransitionā€ within the key was cool too. I just wish I could play this to add what I hear in my head

IĀ“ve played the piano since I was 6, and now im 14, itĀ“s really INCREDIBLE AND INSANE how he can find the notes that are being played in the music, itĀ“s soo sooo dificult! (IĀ“m brasilian, so if I wrote anything incorrect, you can correct me!)

Nice. Haven't seen this music video yet. Loved his streaming on this song. Part of music video is very 007 James bondish. Ethan is talented AF. His arrangement and production value is on point. He's also like a human arpeggiator too. Such a unique sound in this crowded pop music culture. I think he will be huge soon.

dope video! what i've thought about lately is, in my eyes its incredible to have perfect pitch and detect a note but i wonder how it works that you can listen to like a 20 second piece of all different notes, chords and the coresponding order of the notes and remember all of them. Some say detecting a note is like "seeing a color and just knowing what color it is", but i doubt any person could see like 100 different colors in the same 20 seconds and know the order of the colors. Just a thought, but maybe someone has got an answer to that :)
