I have had a frozen shoulder. You will KNOW it because it will not move without extreme pain. It feels like it will never be normal again; but be patient and do therapy and it will one day feel normal again. I hope it never returns.

B & B, Ive been watching your show, on and off since 2015, first while looking for relief from a "mean spirited" Piriformis muscle(s) I have. Rotator cuff. Right shoulder. Years later left one started. Worked through the pain and got mobility back with my own movements. Wish I’d had this video back then. BUT, I’ve saved it now!
